Recreating the second floor and freeing up a phenomenal view of the ocean were behind this Bowse Builders project. Bowse gutted the second floor of this two-story North Kingstown home for the new owners who sought a more contemporary look. The result was a massive master bedroom with walk-in closet and oversized master bath. The South County property's exterior was also rejuvenated with an Underdeck Oasis and overhanging deck removal.
